iPad 2: How to Download old iOS Apps

Open up the Cydia App, tap Sources at the bottom, tap edit and add the following source:

http://lukezgd.github.io/repo/

http://repo.victorlobe.me

Then navigate to Search, then search for and install the following packages:

AppSync Unified

Optional: Veteris and Veteris Helper to install old iOS applications that are no longer availible on the app store

If you've done everything correctly, you should be able to install old iOS Apps :)
